Product warranty
In order to mantain the highest quality of the products, all goods are carefuly checked before the shipment. All Felice bags are covered by the 2-year warranty. You have the right to return a product from the Solier Gold Line collection within 5 years.
The warranty does not cover any mechanical damages.
1. In order to return purchased product you should send the order together with a complaint form which is available at the bottom of this page. The proof of purchase should be attached, too.

2. You can preapre your own complaint form following our example.
3. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
4. In case of justified complaint, the manufaturer reserves the rights to repair the flawed product. In case when the repair is not possible, the manufacturer is obliged to exchange a product for a new one or send a refund ( if the repair is unprofitable or when the stocks are exhausted).
5. After successful prosecution, costs connected with returning a product, belong to the seller.
