Product return
Under the Polish binding provisions, you have the right to cancel your order in advance of delivery or within 14 days of delivery. All the costs should be paid directly by a costumer. If the costumer purchased several items and want to return only a part of it, then the cost of delivered items are nut returned.
1. If you are a registered user, make a commision of a return in 'My account', print and sign it. If you purchased a product as a guest, download an order return form and complete it.
2. The product should be packaged along with signed return form and send on our address. The proof of purchase shall be attached.

3. A returned product shall not have any traces of use. The product is required to have all the labels and should be packed in an original packaging. In case of sending a returning product, it should be precisely packaged in order to protect it from damaging.
4. The products shall not be send by cash on delivery- they will not be received.
5. The shop is required to refund the costumer all the payments, including shipping payments. If the costumer chose a delivery method different than the cheapest one,a salesman is not required to return extra payments.
6. A refund is sent within 14 days.
7. If you want to exchange the product, please return it first and then make a new order.
